Assessments and Coaching Solutions
We have developed our own assessment tools to measure the mind, behaviors, character types and motivation within organizations. These assessment tools are:
Character Types Assessment (ways of associating with other employees, behaviors, where they need to improve, key strengths and weaknesses, how they operate within the group etc.).
Motivation level Assessment in Businesses (among others we will offer answers on what motivates each person individually, specific departments, and how they can be inspired and be supportive to others in workplace).
Departmental Assessments (assessment of the departmental structural functioning, the unconscious operations managers, team leaders and their subordinates. These assessments aim in supporting progress and accuracy, and to offer a deep understanding of the dynamics of the team or the department.
These are three distinct assessments that can be delivered as parts of one package, or separately. Our coaches carry on the assessments. After you obtain the results, we can work individually with your team leaders, managers, and executives in improving their results, and in assisting further their professional evolvement.
