This is a program where our facilitators train your managers or any other personnel indicated. We trained them to be managers, teachers, readers of characters, transmissive and inspiring.
This program aims in enabling you to be transmissive! We do not just instruct people to distribute a lesson in a class: we aim in creating exciting knowledge that provokes inspiration and leadership, one that support desires for learning and growth. The facilitators of this program are coaches who have had also extensive psychoanalytic formation. Therefore, they understand the workings and ways of transmission of the human mind.
