Protecting my Personnel Program

This is a program that aims in teaching, analyzing and in training team-leaders, managers, senior managers and executives to deal with “external bullies.” Companies have a number of incidents of bullying either by clients or by external individuals who seek to inflict confusion and disorientation to an organization. They take advantage of various policies and they seek to expose various people within an organization. These incidents are becoming more and more common in businesses causing much distress and uneasiness. This is due to the fact that most businesses are not equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge, or structures of dealing and handling such cases. Therefore, they become easy victims or specific characters who can penetrate organizations with phone calls, letters and threats, and even following personnel around.
